Fatima Zahra Mansouri is a Moroccan lawyer and politician. Since her entry into politics in 2008, Fatima Zahra Mansouri has been a trailblazer for women in Morocco’s political landscape, first becoming the first female mayor of Marrakech.(2009-2015) Being only the second female mayor in Morocco’s history, Mansouri’s career is full of milestones and important achievements that have set her apart in the world of government - both on a local and national scale.
